1 · Agreement
By installing or playing Keraunia you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2 · Your licence to play
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Keraunia on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. These terms sit alongside the standard terms of the App Store you obtained the game from.
3 · Ichor and Treasury goods
Ichor is earned only by playing: kindling shrines, reading auguries and fighting the Titanomachy. It is spent only inside the game, at the Treasury of Delphi, on aids such as the Compass of Hermes and on cosmetic bolts and isle stones.
Ichor and every Treasury good have no value outside Keraunia. They cannot be purchased, sold, passed to another person or exchanged for anything. They live in the game's save on your device and are gone if the save is erased or the app is deleted.
4 · Fair play
Please do not copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the game, tamper with its save file, or redistribute it. The game is meant to be enjoyed as it was made.
5 · Ownership
Keraunia's puzzles, artwork, music, sounds, text and code belong to its developer. Your licence lets you play; it does not transfer ownership of any of it. The myths of ancient Greece belong to everyone; this telling of them belongs to the game.
6 · How the game works
Keraunia runs entirely on your device. It has no accounts, no online features, no advertising and no in-app purchases, so no part of it depends on a service that could change or close.
7 · As it is
Keraunia is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, the developer gives no warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game, including the loss of saved progress.
8 · Players of every age
Keraunia is a calm puzzle game with original content, suitable for a general audience including children.
9 · Changes
These terms may be revised for a future version of the game. The effective date above will change when they do, and continuing to play means you accept the current version.
